Pancernik IT Security Show 2025. Impressions and considerations.
Pancernik IT Security Show 2025: impressions and considerations following my visit to the event on 9 September 2025 in Katowice (Poland).
As mentioned in one of my previous articles, I visited the Pancernik IT Security Show, an EVENT DEDICATED TO IT LOVERS (as stated on the organiser's website).

Pancernik IT Security Show 2025. The ninth edition.
This year saw the ninth edition of the event organised by PANCERNIK.IT, held at the International Congress Centre in Katowice, Poland.

I managed to have a chat with an employee of Pancernik (an IT security systems integrator based in Katowice, here is their company website) at their stand, who told me that the initial idea came from Mr Tomasz Miklaszewski, the current President of the company.

I then had the opportunity to meet Mr Tomasz Miklaszewski briefly. We exchanged a few words and opinions, I complimented him on the format/idea of the event and said that it was similar to the MSP Day event held in Italy.

I asked what the plans were for the tenth edition and suggested, if interested, reaching out to the MSP world and opening the event up internationally, for example by inviting sponsors offering MSP solutions and international speakers.
According to the organiser, tickets were sold out and there were around 1.000 participants.

The event covered more than 5,400 square metres of exhibition space, during which over 40 sessions were held and more than 60 producers and sponsors were present.

Pancernik IT Security Show 2025. The agenda.

Over 40 specific sessions were held in Rooms 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26, where sponsors presented their companies and the solutions they offer. These were some of the titles of the speeches:

I personally attended only a couple of sessions.
I attended the presentation by the Slovakian company Excalibur entitled ‘Effective IT Protection and Auditing’, which presented secure access solutions such as Privileged Access Management (PAM), Streamed Access Management (SAM) and the new solution called Vitro, the first Remote Browser Isolation (RBI), Privileged Access Management (PAM) & Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) secure access platform.

I also attended the presentation by the Polish company Softnow entitled ‘Infrastructure monitoring in the context of organisational security’, in which the CEO (Maciej Sienilo) presented the portfolio of solutions they offer (e-learning, remote access, cybersecurity, multimedia) for distribution or resale.

Pancernik IT Security Show 2025. The exhibition space.
The exhibition space was large and very well organised, divided into two parts, with one part on the right after descending the stairs past the registration desk and another accessible from the first space by descending a wide staircase.

There were numerous sponsors covering various areas of IT, such as:
- IT/OT solution distributors
- Data centres and infrastructure: LAN/WAN/WIFI
- Endpoint protection: AV, DLP, PAM, EDR, XDR, DNS, 2FA
- Network protection: NGFW, NDR, NIPS, NAC, DDoS, SIEM, SOC
- Vulnerability management and ITSM Manager, 2FA, WAF
- OT security and infrastructure, IDS, IPS
- Emergency power systems and fire protection
- Data management Backup, NAS, SAN, LTO
- Virtualisation, cloud, IT services
- Startups

I was pleasantly impressed by the stand of the Czech company MagikINFO, a company that develops solutions for automatic SW and HW auditing, licence management, asset management, remote installation programmes and more. They were offering cans of Czech beer as gadgets to visitors (as well as other gadgets) and had organised a competition with a prize of a couple of kegs of Czech beer.

Pancernik IT Security Show 2025. Catering.
Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to taste the food prepared by the caterers, as I was too busy visiting the stands and meeting people.

I only had the opportunity to taste the “explosive apple cake” kindly offered by the organisers.

Pancernik IT Security Show 2025. Impressions.
I was positively impressed by the event, which was well organised and, in my opinion, the right size for evaluating solutions and meeting people.
The city of Katowice is welcoming and the venue chosen is very interesting and modern from an architectural point of view, as well as being easily accessible and providing amenities such as parking.
I would like to offer my warmest congratulations to the organisers and the Pancernik staff, who were always very kind and helpful.
On a personal and professional level, I had the opportunity to meet and talk to some interesting people in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that encouraged the sharing of knowledge and the exchange of opinions.
Pancernik IT Security Show 2025. Considerations.
I am very pleased to have participated in the event. As with other events of this type and size, there is always an opportunity for personal growth, both in terms of knowledge/perception of the IT market and in terms of personal relationships: face-to-face meetings with people in the industry are certainly very different from “virtual” meetings via email, social media or e-meetings.
I would like to personally thank Maciej Sienilo and the entire Softnow team for introducing me to this event and inviting me.

Greetings to Skarbnik of Katowice, a little statue I encountered by a fountain during a brief visit to the city (if anyone would like to explain its significance, please leave a comment or contact me).

Pancernik IT Security Show 2026.
Speaking with a Pancernik manager, he informed me that they are already organising the 2026 edition and are evaluating several location proposals, as they anticipate that the event will be even larger and more popular, and they want to do things in a big way for the 10th edition...
I was unable to obtain further information, but I promise to stay in touch with the organisers to be updated on developments.
